Today's morning psot will be REALLY short. It turns out there is only one thing I love more than fatty foods and it is hitting my snooze buton. So today I am literally running late for work. So Here is what you need to do on a daily basis.
1. Get a good night's sleep (8 hours is ideal) it is important to return your body back to optimal conditions and your body can't do that if you'r starving it of sleep.
2. Drink 9 glasses of water daily if you're a female and 13 if you're a male. Your body uses water for everything and your blood is made up of, guess what, water. In order to dilute the sugar you can't be dehydrated. When you're feeling thirsty it is already too late.
3. Incorporate blue berries. They are not only a healthy snack, but they normalize blood sugar levels and keep you from reaching for the bad carbs if you ahve them handy.
4. Start your day with cinnamon. End your day with cinnamon. Intersperse your day with Cinnamon. It has been called the natural insulin. It is not, but it does help to lower blood sugar levels, supposedly by enhancing the efficacy of you receptors
5. And use Cayenne Pepper.
